The end of an era.
If anyone grew up like me watching WWE, or WWF as it was previously known, then you'll understand that this is absolutely the end of an era.
The Undertaker has said farewell.
The phenom is no longer after saying goodbye at WWE's Survivor Series.
The early 2000's was a vintage time for the WWE.
Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H, the Olympic Hero - Kurt Angle, The Rock, HBK, Kane, the list goes on and on.
The tag teams were great too, The Hardys, The Dudleys, Edge & Christian.
But the mainstay in all of that was dead man.
What about when he morphed into being the American Badass? That was some cool shit with his Limp Bizkit intro music.
Ahhh, that was some pretty good shit when the Undertaker and Kane saved Lita from Stone Cold and Triple H who had gone a bit rogue.
But now he's handed out his last chokeslam and his last tombstone piledriver, leaving a massive hole in the WWE roster.
You'd doubt there will be any surprise comebacks with this one as much as I'd like to see it. If anything you'd think there might be one last final farewell at Wrestlemania.
For now, I am going to go through and YouTube the best moments of The Undertaker, that'll keep me busy 'til about Christmas.
