My 21-Day Weight Loss Challenge

Updated: Nov 30, 2020

I woke up the morning of Monday 9th November 2020 and realised I was very fat. I made a decision that I no longer wanted to live life as a fat man.

If I am not below 90kgs by 1st December 2020, I will donate $500 to charity.

Here is my journey...

Day 21.2 - Tuesday 1st December 2020

All done and dusted and the results are in...

Drum roll please.

So there you go, we're off to support a lucky charity!

Thank you to all those who stayed up-to-date with my progress. I hope you either got some form inspiration or probably more likely, a laugh!

Day 21.1 - Monday 30th November 2020 - 92.4kgs

I was thinking about running in a track suit yesterday or sitting in a sauna for 12 hours, I just couldn't muster up the energy to do it.

So I need to lose 2.5kg today. It ain't happening.

I've conceded the election, this election wasn't rigged, we ran a solid campaign but we fell short, breaks your heart really.

Day 21 - Sunday 29th November 2020 - 92.6kgs

Yeah, so had a decent old blow out and this is just simply not looking good. In fact, it's over. If I was Donald Trump I'd be calling Joe Biden and conceding defeat.

Looks like I'll lose 5kgs in 21 (22 days), but not the 7.5kg.

Ahhh, not good.

Day 20 - Saturday 28th November 2020 - 92.3kgs

Yes, I am realising that it was more than a 21 day challenge, it must be 22 or something like that.

Walked this morning, then did an F45 at the brilliant studio @ Hendra, and now to cap off my half-a-day health retreat, I am smashing gallons of water.

This afternoon is the worry, big worry. Big piss up on the cards - scary.

Tomorrow's number could be a real cause for concern.

Day 19 - Friday 27th November 2020 - 92.4kgs

This video will pretty much tell you all you need to know.

Am I nervous about my piss up on the weekend? Yes, absolutely. Fuck.

Day 18 - Thursday 26th November 2020 - 92.7kgs

Fair to say a fair bit of panic is setting in.

2.7 kgs in 5 days? The liposuction is looking like a nice prospect now potentially.

I've made a commitment to pretty much not eat for the next five days. I think that's what'll take to get it done.

I've walked this morning and about to go do a work out where I intend to absolutely bash myself. This'll be fun.

Today is a big day, tomorrow's weigh in and Saturday mornings are the big two days. Positive vibes only.

Until tomorrow...

Day 17 - Wednesday 25th November 2020 - 92.9kgs

3kgs remaining!

Plenty of steps up yesterday, a short body weights workout as well and the diet was filled with protein.

We're getting closer, it is going to be touch and go.

I didn't eat from about 2pm onwards yesterday, I found myself thinking about food from around 6pm until midnight when I went to bed - but I resisted the temptation!

I've got a few drinks scheduled for Saturday, that is going to be make or break!

Day 16 - Tuesday 24th November 2020 - 93.4kgs

We're back on track and the next 3-4 days are massive!
