I've just had a bet on the US Masters.
I can't really see the price changing too much before they tee off @ Augusta, but I just wanted to lock it in.
I think everything is pointing towards a Justin Thomas win.
Thomas has played the Masters 5 times.
He's finished, T39, T22, T17, T12 & 4th.
In that order - he's trending in the right direction!
He's got the short game to deal with Augusta, he's brilliant around the greens and last year on Tour was 1st in Shot Gained Tee-To-Green.
We're still a month out from the Masters, there's of course a couple of tournaments to go prior to then, including this week's Players Championship @ TPC Sawgrass.
Thomas is in contention this week as well, of course he is, he's the world # 3.
Bryson is of course coming off a confidence boosting win, Jordan Spieth has got his mojo back and will thrive off some crowd support.
Viktor Hovland has been Mr Consistency, as has Tony Finau but of course he just fails to win.
Then there's Dustin Johnson who has been on the most incredible run and will enter this week as the favourite. I mean, of course he is!
The thing about DJ is he's tee'd it up 10 times @ Sawgrass and has only 1 Top 10.
What about Phil Mickelson, horribly out of form but paying $201. Wow!
Phil might have some motivation but, for the first time since 1993, he has dropped out of the Top 100 in the World Golf Rankings - that is a ridiculously long streak!
But as far as the Masters is concerned, I can just envisage JT winning with the thought of his friend and mentor Tiger Woods watching on and cheering him home.
I think this is a good bet around $13 for the Masters, I can only see him playing well this week @ Sawgrass as well, he's had decent success at the Players with a T3 finish a few years back and another T11 in 2018.
Maybe he could do the double? That'd pay well.
This is a great time of year for golf fans!
